Responsibililities

Efficiently manage cargo handling operations, including loading and unloading of various cargo types.

Coordinate terminal activities, storage facilities, and infrastructure maintenance.

Oversee customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export requirements.

Foster positive relationships with shipping companies and stakeholders to optimize services.

Develop and maintain contingency plans for crisis management and emergency situations.
Requirements:

3-5 Years of proven work experience in port operations management or related maritime roles.

Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, cargo handling, and terminal operations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with customs documentation and import/export requirements.

Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and manage a dynamic team.
