We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the 8BM sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction.

8BM aims to fill the institutional void in supply chain management using data analytics and technology. 8BM solves the above problem by linking cargo owners, truckers and cargo recipients in a streamlined logistical framework, thereby making moving goods more efficient and cost effective.

Lagos, Abuja 

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 Years of experience in sales or business

  2. Proven track record of successful sales management, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.

  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

  4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  5. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives.

  2. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

  4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  5. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
