We're seeking a dedicated Fundraising Manager to lead our efforts in securing funding for operational expansion and growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract investors and financing opportunities that align with our company's objectives. Leveraging your expertise in fundraising and relationship-building, you will identify and engage potential investors, cultivate partnerships, and oversee the fundraising process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

​As a Fundraising Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
​

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to secure funding for operational expansion and growth initiatives.

  • Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and strategic partners.

  • Crafting persuasive pitches and presentations to effectively communicate our company's vision, goals, and investment opportunities.

  • Negotiating terms and agreements with investors and financing partners.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between fundraising efforts and company objectives.

  • Monitoring industry trends and market conditions to identify new fundraising opportunities.

  • Managing fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including organizing events, webinars, and investor meetings.

  • Maintaining accurate records of fundraising activities, contacts, and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with investors and stakeholders.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative fundraising strategies.

  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment trends, and fundraising best practices.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving fundraising goals.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to fundraising activities.
